Im take quest from toruk in Scalawak Point, and i should beat "Silvermoon" Harry for coin. But after beating him, he won't give me a coin. Someone have similar bug?

Btw it seems the fix for that quest is ready but, I guess, it would be up on next update (usually on Monday/Tuesday)

yes, on Lordaeron today, no matter how low he goes, the quest doesn't complete.
following up, per https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/97582 it is bugged if you kill him with casting. if you finish with melee you can complete the quest.
