try with a different torrent client.
I recommend "qbittorrent"
Btw on what realm you wanna play?
If Frostwolff = download "Mist of Pandaria"
If Frostmourne, Icecrown, Blackrock, Lordaeron = download "Wrath of the Lich King" (old)
Does the website you are downloading the torrent from say 0 seedders or your torrent program?
If only your torrent program says 0 seeders, than you need to enable DHT Network and Local Peer Discovery in your BitTorrent options.
I usually have them disabled for security reasons, but Warmane's torrent requires you to have that enabled while downloading.
