Technical Cant download

Hi, I am unable to download the game. I already have a torrent, but what happens is that when I click the download the game doesn't start to download.
No matter how many times I click on the download button the game simply doesn't download. I tried a different browser and the error that accrues says ´´ Unable to open this helper application for (some long address) the protocol specified in this address is not valid. make sure the adress is correct, and try again.´´
