a character with that name already exists

whats going on with warmane ??? i just joined to play some bg (battlegrounds) and every time i join i play like 5 min and i get disconnected can someone tell whats the problem here because believe me its very annoying when u have gained almost 1k honor points and in the middle of the game to get disconnected it happened to me several times if i dont get help i dont think amma continue playing because its really annoying ...... Please i need help i gotta fix this issue !!!!
and one more thing i am sure 100% that no one knows my username or password !!! so i am asking my self deed of whom is it ?
i have the right to get relevant answer as a 1 year player of warmane and to know the truth

Lol, entitled much? 1 year is nothing.

If you're having frequent disconnects it has nothing to do with Warmane. If it did everyone would have them. It's a problem on your end.
There's several threads with multiple solutions and if you bothered googling instead of babyraging you could've fixed it by now.

The "a character with that name already exists" happens because when you get disconnected your toon remains in-game for a few moments.
