Unable to access old authenticator

Hi, I’m trying to access an old account, but it’s asking me for the authentication code, and I’ve looked in my old phone but I’m pretty sure I deleted it years ago, would you be able to help me remove the authenticator? What are my options?

Send an e-mail to [email protected] with as much proof as you can give to prove ownership of the account and they'll remove it if you ask them.
