I'm trying to do the Hallows End Treats for Jesper, and the Innkeeper in Stormwind isn't giving the /flex quest to obtain the nougat. She only has the trick or treat option. I've tried this on two characters so far and it hasn't shown up for either of them. The other innkeepers seem to be fine. Anyone else having this issue?
