Problems transferring from Outland to Frostmourne

So I recently came back to Warmane and made use of the transfer from Outland to Frostmourne for my 2 former 70's.

The one transfer went through (albeit minus the starter gear - not the biggest problem in the world).

The other transfer simply poofed. The character no longer exists on Outland according to my account page, but didn't get transferred either. Is it possible to get any assistance in this regard?

The GM response was that they don't provide support for such cases.

Webite shows as transfer is complete?

And no hint about what you may do?

I guess you may:
1. Open a ticket on website in case your Account is premium. (My account > support > create ticket> general enquiry)
Otherwise sending an email to info@warmane.
