Cant load into world

Hello, i got a problem with loading into the world. I went to Northrend to jewel proff trainer and I got an error that i can't load Northrend and then i can't play that. So best option is teleport? I cant start ticket bcs of categories so thats why im writing down there thanks for help

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck
