Hello,
I recently logged into my Account after I didn't play for ~2 years and noticed that all my characters are gone. However in the realm selection it says that I still have characters on that realm. When I look in the character trading they are also not displayed there. Is there any possiblity to restore them?

characters are stored for 30 days after deletion, you can restore them for points/coins through your my account panel, under services. if they don't show there they're gone for good.
Maybe you should log in first, and check if your characters are not marked for rename. I had simillar issue when my character was tagged for rename and i couldn't see it in the drop down selection in site.
