Bought coins but dont have donation rank.

I've bought 1 coin and didn't receive donation premium rank, to skip queues.
Is it normal, should I wait, or just need to donate more?

I've send them e-mail with confirmation of payment, but without any respond. Status is still "regular" .... :(
