Donating Problem

I just donated, and I pressed the 10 euro donation, but I was charged two times and paid 20 instead of 10 and than it asked me to do the payment verification witch I did and sent the documents it said to send. It has been more than half an hour now and the transaction still has not been processed so I trayed to refresh the page and still nothing, I don't have any coins on my account. I contacted the Payentwall support and sent a email to [email protected] and am waiting for the replays. Anyone had a similar problem?

Warmane cannot do anything about that friend, contact paymentwall and try to explain as their are the ones doing the money transfer. Warmane is just the receiver at the end.

I'm having a similar issue. How did you resolve yours?
