I completed the chain quest, all quest at K3(starting from They took our men!). Also Son of Hodir reputation is now Exalted. But "Lok'lira's Bargain (Disguised as a Brunnhildar Challenger.) is not disappear.
Please tell me any advice.

Once you are around quest n.24 or n.27 you should be able to see the Vendor
Thank you. Now I found out the quest " [The Refiner's Fire] " which is drop ("Stormforged Iron Giant") item by Stormforged Iron Giant. :)
