Can't collect warmane points from website despite having 2k+ achievement points

Hello, i am new to the server and not yet fully familiar with how the points system works- but from what i have read in a few forum topics here, it said that i needed to have minimum of 1k achievement points to be eligible to collect points from website daily. I have about 2k+ achievement points now on my DK and i was wondering why i still can't collect it. My account status is in good standing so i am unsure what might be causing this issue.

Did you log in on the website with your account name and password and the option to collect wasn't there? It's not really clear..
