I've noticed a few changes lately with priests, have you noticed anything else? Warmane only tends to give us a few changelogs a year and just jams everything into those as they please.
The couple changes I have noticed are
Preists can no longer cast Levitate on mounted targets.
Preists can no longer "go invisible" by toggling Shadowform while dispersion is active.
