need help in quest chain

Hello My caracter name is Volumia from server Icecrown lvl 80 paladin. i started the event winters vail a year ago i have 1 achivement left and that is falala ogila . but the problem is i didint get any quest to continue and i dont remember how far ive got i tryed to search on guides how to do the quest i visited every place still no quest so i cant start over cuz i have noting to abandon and cant finish cuz i cant see any quest to take to finish it for the achivement please i need some help even if you can just reset the wole quest chain or someting it whoud be great please u can contact me in game i rly need help to finish the quest for the achivement!
