Reset talents?

I messed up my build (im a noob), how do I reset my talents? I've read that I have to go to my trainer but when I click on him I only see the talents I can learn? What am I doing wrong or is there a different way?

Visit another trainer for your class. The ones in the very start are only limited to teaching you spells/abilities. Usually, class trainers in the main cities have teaching, unlearning and dual talent options.
