I was in a rdfHC and there was a mage with us who was needing on an agill based ring ( that ring is BOE) and then dischant it , did this like 4 times
I need to know if choosing the need roll on BOE items is bannable and it calls ninja ?
if it is , where can I report him ? I have SS

Needing on BoE is bad tone + mage can't benefit, so he was just abusing "need" for personal gain.
Reports are made via in-game tickets, with link to images on host like Imgur etc. Make sure rolls and player role/class are visible
