Bug equip ?

Hi,
I bought my strenght pvp shoulder on my paladin but i cant equip it cause i bought heal pvp shoulder before this .

Why can i do ?

What does it say when you try to equip it? Does it say that you can equip only one of those items? If so, you would probably have 2 unique gems (Nightmare Tear, Kharma's Grace for example) on you at a time which isn't possible - regem the shoulders.
