Support ticket can`t create

I can`t create a support ticket from the account page.

You can create it only if you're premium member (donor). If you aren't and need GM help send an e-mail to [email protected]

You want to unlearn companions on a character?
If that's the case you can open a ticket in game and ask GMs there but I don't think they can help you with that.
