im having very bad lag on icecrown server its as much as i get disconnected because of my high ping . at the same time i have no problem with other realms and everything is so smooth

I don't know if you have a network problem, but Icecrown desperately needs more hardware thrown at it.
my network is fine , everything is ok when im playing at lordaeron or frostmourne or blackrock . any admin can help me out?Quote:

You need to lower your settings, you system clearly can't hande all units around yu on such populated server. And check if there are any limits/low priority on your WoW. Disabling torrents and large amount of web pages on background might help.
It's from your side, not server specific issue against you
