My accounts have been hacked/taken away

Hello, 5 of my accounts have been takan away few months ago witouth my knowledge, ive managed to retrieve 4/5 of them, but since i cant acces 5th email, is there any thing admins can do to help me ?
I know every bit of info that proves my ownership and i can provide it witouth problems .

Include the account name, and the proofs of account ownership in the email.

I'd urge you to re-secure your accounts with new emails, passwords and slap 2FA on them as well.
