No spirit healer around

Hi im new in the game, i was doing a random dungeon in heroic (ice crown citadel) and my internet went off. i relogged and i was in the dung group still, but they kicked me because i die. So i spawn at the spirit point but theres none in that place. now im dead and i cant go to the place of the corpse because i need to be in a raid group to enter. :c
