WOTLK 3.3.5-Hello guys,can you tell me which talents work and which are not,i think i found some issue-(Rapid Recuparation) was work before now i think not,and what about Hunter's Mark-(improved Hunter's mark 3/3) i think it's still 500,must be 750.

Find guy named "Reze" and thats it
Rapid Recup is mostly used on LoD and RS25HC (almost a literal must have) as for improved hunter mark, no dont get that unless youre in a progression guild that asks you to get it, you dont have points you can drop for it without sacrificing huge dps.
and it does work, tooltips have been bugged forever, (example: druid buff, improved buff will still show un-improved stats)
