unable to log in

I am unable to log it on any server, 2 of my friends on discord are in, I have talked to some people over discord that are in my guild and they have the same problem, everything goes alright up until the ending of logging in when it says success, it just stops, the game is working but it doesn't load my characters, it is just stuck on success, the dragon on the right is still moving but my game is frozen, I was mid dungeon when the lag started, I was playing, then I got kicked back to the login screen, I thought it could have just been a bug so I logged back in, I got in and my game worked as normal for about 5 seconds until everything froze again, I had to force shut down my game with task manager because it wouldn't let me close the game, I then logged back in, I was kicked from the dungeon and I was back where I teleported into the dungeon, game worked for 5 seconds, stopped, I had to force shutdown again and now I am not able to log back in at all (as previously described). hope this gets fixed, thank you.
