Ground targeting spell help

Hello there.

Is there any way or setting to change the behavior of ground targeting spells when i'm pressing them? Currently it works here for me like when i press that ability first time, it works normally, green area comes and i need to place it somewhere, but if i press that same ability again, it will cancel the spell.

It is very frustrating since i've been used to spam abilities and when its behaving like that, i really cannot do it, and i have no idea what makes it works like that here.

I've played on retail client, vanilla wow 1.12 client and classic wow, and it never worked like that on any of those. You can basically spam the ability as much as you want, but it wont cancel the cast every second press, like here.

I tried to disable all the addons, but no help. Also i didn't find any setting for it from interface settings.

I'm using wotlk old client (no wod models).

You have to create a macro, I think it's something like /cast !Blizzard
