Hi,i was banned 1 year ago for no reason (scripting/hacking).I just woke up 1 day and saw that my account was suspended.And because of that ban,i get no more than 0.3 points.Please help me solve that issue.I don't have any more problems with that ban cause it occured 1 year ago.
Does your account status say "In good standing" here: https://www.warmane.com/account ?
Also, are you sure it's been a year? I think that after a year (or 6 months even) it resets to good standing provided you didn't get banned or something since then.
This happened to me and the response I got to my ticket was:
"This account should already be in Good Standing. If you've only just returned after a long period of absence, your status won't update until the next you collect points."
