Problem with resurrection skill quest.

Hi! I'm trying to do the resurrection quest with my paladin, i'm in step 6/8 of the chain. My problem is that the npc who gives me the quest is not Duthorian Rall, is Gazin Tenorm and he doesn't gives me the ank, how can i progress to get my ress skill please? Thanks in advance!

P.S.: I've already tried to cancel and take again the quest, relog, reinstall wow, googled.. The only way i found is a gm give me the quest item again, i've already sent a ticket but nobody is answering me.
