Locked donated coin

Hello,

I had few coins in my account. Yesterday I recieved few coins and buy item from Store. I know, the rest of this coins are locked.
But today, I buy another coins from Donate system by credit card, but this donated coins are locked too and I cant use it.

Is it ok?
