Eligible to sell characters in the trading system

I played since 2017s. But forgot this account and gmail password. Then i create new accounts. Last weeks i found my codes. Now i dont use this account. Then i sell this accounts character and i will use coin.
But my account cant trade in system. In announce it says "You are not eligible to sell characters in the trading system" So please solve this

You should have rank "premium" of account to be able to trade.
So it's only you who can solve it, by donating at least 10 euro
