My donation rank is still not premium, even though i've donated 2-3 times already, ticket support isn't responding, as well in Warmane's email.

I need, and want the Premium rank so bad huhu

You get this rank after no less than10€ donation, automaticaly. So i can assume you are from one of regions where 1-2€ mobile donations are available.
