The wotlk version and the wotlk (old) version link are the same link. I downloaded both. Both the graphics are old. 16 GB both my characters look like potato.

they did it on purpose becasue the client with WoD/Legion model was bugged

Do will change texture when bug fixed ?
Both links (old and new) are the same launcher because they removed the launcher with WoD models but kept 2 download options for some reason.
Launchers have all OLD models, there's none of the new ones.
If you want WoD models you can head over to the guides section and manually put them into your launcher. There's a few of them here: http://forum.warmane.com/forumdisplay.php?f=206
