Talents Bug?

Hello ... I am a dk lvl 65 and I have 46 talent points that I cannot use .. it does not let me activate more talents I could only use 5 in frost 5 in profane and 1 in blood .. and from there it no longer lets me activate more talents I can only activate the first row ... I click it but it does not work ... this bug my pj?
I tried reloading but nothing

Do you have an addon that changes (talent) UI? Try disabling it, see if that helps. Or possibly any other talent tree related addon.

Go talk to your trainer and ask him to reset your talents.
