Usage of Warmane Points

Greetings

I'm wondering what the usage of Points that you can collect in Warmane.
I play in Lordaeron, and all the services that I can access via my account page doesn't seem to use Points.
Is it for Icecrown only? Or maybe there is another usage of it?

Points are usable only for lottery on Lordaeron. On other realms you can buy gear, cosmetics, mounts, etc.
