First 60 EoF - how to spend them ?

i am 4.8k gs mage (fire pve/frost pvp) and i can't decide what to buy with my emblems. I just got 60 EoF today.
I am playing both PvE and PvP.
Do you have any advices ?

build your T10 4/5 ASAP

Don't buy Chest, you will use chest from VDW.
