Master Enchanting Problems

Hello everyone, im sorry to bother. But i got to 300 skill profficency in enchanting and i just cannot find any NPC that could help me pass over that 300 cap. Tried different enchant NPC's around the map but still 0 can anyone help me? Im alliance btw. Thanks

300-375 skill is trained in Outland (Either Shattrah City or Honor Hold for Alliance).

Yeah the trainer I use is in scryers tier in Shattrath. The trainer is not a traditional npc, it is one of the many "bookcases" that are all trainers there.
