Predatory Strikes and Feral Attack Power on weapons

I see there is an old thread on the bug tracker complaining about Predatory Strikes ( https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/17964 ). I'm not sure what the full backstory is on the discussion here, but is there any way I can get in contact with someone who is willing to discuss this issue? I made a video ( https://youtu.be/9m9cy9klAb4 ) comparing the effect of the talent on my current weapons. If anyone can watch that video and explain to me that there isn't a problem, I'd like to hear it.

yes, that is something I have noticed as well. (but I have not reported it yet)

Basically the 20% AP increment from weapon does not work on Herilooms.
I guess you would not use that heirloom weapon for too long so it is not a big deal.

Beside that, the talent works fine.
