I use to play a long time ago when this server was still molten, I forgot my account since its been so long and lost it. Is there any way u guys can help me recover my account? The email was [email protected] or else it was with [email protected]. The help would really appreciated. My account was back around 2009-2011. I have a friend on the account name Arkadius. He was my brothers character. My brother passed away back in 2015 so I would really like to get the account back if possible. Thanks
following this, i have a similar problem, i have my account but i forgot the email adress and i have 2 step authentfication enabled so i cant do anything on website:(
As far as i've read Molten accounts and characters are gone, you could check if your accounts still exist with a very simple way, give forgotten password type both emails. If you don't get return emails there are no accounts for you to recover
email [email protected] and they may be able to recovery the account, no idea if that's still a thing or not. but all characters would be gone so unless it was a premium account it's not worth the bother.Quote:
