I purchased character recustomization, and when I recustomize my character in the menu, it says Could not customize character.
That's the service for 10 coins. I'm trying to change gender & appearance.
Well maybe the options you are using are not available changing from one race to another.
You are using the client with the character models from Warlords of Draenor. That client has more customisation options (faces, etc) than are actually available in the wotlk client. That message means you have chosen one of those invalid customisation options.

Hope it helps you resolve your issue. Friendly advice go with one of the option if there is no result, go with the other option. I'm sure the guys behind those would appreciate it.
Ticket support system is quite full, will write an email to them.
Closing the ticket, I was able to recustomize it.
