Addons not working

I recently installed AddOns for wow but, I can't seem to get them to work. The AddOns show up when I click the red 'AddOns' button on the character selection screen. Both 'Load out of dates AddOns' and the AddOns themselves are all enabled.
I also tried to use the AddOns using commands (e.g. /bagnon bags) but I am unable to enter these commands.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

You most likely downloaded a version that isn't for WotLK but instead for a higher expansion. Check sticky posts here: http://forum.warmane.com/forumdisplay.php?f=290 and download them from there.
