Where can be found recepies for Enchanting,for lets say Titanium weapon chain,head to enchant with attack power and things like that.? I found one vendor in enchanting room in Dalaran and there is not even half of recepies i i know that exist..

It's all different professions. Check auction house for them)
How its all different professions ? Its all Enchanting! I did check auction house and very few to find..
Well, because enchanters can't smith weapon chains, right?) Just check "item enchantments" tab in AH or scroll different profession trainers to see different enchants. And head/shoulder slots are from faction vendors.
You can listen what ppl tell to you or you can keep true to your beliefs.

PvE Head enchants are sold by reputation quartermasters; Kirin Tor SP crit; Wyrmrest Accord SP MP5; Knights of the Ebon Blade AP crit; Argent Crusade Sta def.
PvE Shoulder enchants are sold by The Sons of Hodir quartermaster Lillehoff. Unless made by scribes for themselves only.
Leg enchants are made by tailors (casters) and leather workers (physicals).
Weapon chains are made by blacksmiths.
Shield spikes are made by blacksmiths.
Belt sockets are made by blacksmiths.
Cloak, chest, wrist, hand, feet, weapon and shield enchants are made by enchanters. -side note: some 'enchants' are for their own equipment only. E.g. fur lining by leather workers, cloak embroidery by tailors, rocket boots and parachute cloak for engineers etc.
