So I just put Nitro Boots on my hunter per the Guide. And when I did, it lists the run speed but not the Crit rating. I tested and it gives me ZERO crit rating. Whats wrong? Nothing listed in bug tracker about this.

It doesn't list it, but the effect is still there. Equip/unequip the boots and check your rating before/after.
