A question about enchanting

Hello people of Warmane!

I'm thinking of leveling enchanting because of the ring enchants, but then this question occurred to me:

Is it possible to enchant your rings, drop enchanting, and then continue using those rings?

yes, you can stil use those rings but the "enchant" bonus will NOT work once you lose the profession
