Deleted character restoration

Is it possible to recover deleted characters in Warmane?

Select realm > Currency:Points/Coins > Character restoration
You should be able to see a list of characters you can restore. (deleted in the past 30 days)
It costs 0 points/coins if done within 48 hours (but this benefit has 7 days cooldown)
