Hello all,
I would like to know what happens to the reputation when I want to change my horde undead mage to human.
I also have reputation with ashen verdict. Do I lose this rep?
And do I lose items when I change to other faction?
I also suppose my profession remain the same?
And how long does it take to do the faction change?
Do the items in my bank/ bag also transfer?

You do not lose anything.
Faction change process it should take less than 1 minute.
Some reputions and mounts will be converted into their equivalent of the new faction. That is it.

Yes, you should be able to pick a new name if you want.
Btw if you have so many doubts just create a chararcter on Blackrock realm and use "Faction chnage" feature. So you will realize how it works.
It is free on that realm (but picking a new name would have no effect on blackrock)
