temporary ban

I got a temporary ban. "Your account has been suspended for 4 days 15 hours due to Ninja looting in dungeon".Can this ban be removed? I had no idea that it was impossible to take things from the dungeon, I thought to take this thing and give it to my friend (partner) with whom I was playing, he needed this thing. For the future, I realized that I needed to take things only for myself.
