I was on Frostmourne, how can i access Icecrown to keep playing

Hello, Devs, people of the server. I created my account i this server a month ago and i just realized everything about the reset of Frostmourne. I would like to know how the process is going to work, and if i can still keep playing today or if i'll have to wait until tomorrow to access Icecrown.

Update here, i as able to access Icecrown, but now i have lost all my pogress with my previous character. Where is it, wasnt it going to be tranfered?
