Transfer

Now that Season 1 is finished, my characters didn't transfer to Icecrown. What should I do and why is that?

Select "Frostmorune - S1" as realm

And when i did that and sent it on Icecrown, i dont have it neither in Frostmourne - S1 nor Icecrown

i have the same issue here, please help
