My character disappeared the day after i played. Lordaeron

Hi. Its weird me and my girlfriend have been playing on the realm for a while and today when we logged in the characters were gone from the realm?

any1 else experience this or know what i can do? its our first characters on the server

basic info

Hanndu : Paladin : lvl 63
Slixtbaby : Hunter : lvl 62

Please i would be happy for any help we got!

when did you logged last time ?
Also, did you check just on website or in-game?

Characters are not visible on website in case they have been flagged for a "rename" due to inactivity.
So, log with a client to be able to see them

are you 100% sure you were playing Lordaeron and not Frostmourne? Frostmourne just had a char wipe / reset
