I played on Icerown and i had a troll shaman lvl 80 named errastas and an undead mage named amnemar, the problem is that they have been deleted for inactivity with the account.. has been quite a while, like years and actually i don't remember account name and password, i was wondering in is there any chance u can find somehow my deleted characters on the server and help me to recover it. actually this is a new account. i know that probably u can't do anything about this but i wanted to try!! i would like to come back and play on the server again :) thanks

Send an e-mail to [email protected] and explain your issue, provide all the proof you have of ownership of the account.
Characters were most likely just flagged for a rename so that's why you can't find their names.
