There is no such thing for being banned for no reason.

Thou there might be a chance if you are using free VPN that it is blocked by the server. In such cases you'd like to contact [email protected] with the proper explanation and get a paid VPN (or no vpn at all).
You can also bann appeal from the site : My account > Support. You will be able to appeal only once every 30 days.
